I am in network with several insurance carriers and charge a discounted rate for self pay.  I am happy to provide a receipt with relevant information to self submit for reimbursement. 

Health insurance plans are all unique so I recommend checking with your carrier for your specific plan regarding coverage for breastfeeding support.  
Typically, I can accept most BCBS plans including Regence, Cigna non-HMO, United Healthcare, PacificSource commercial plans, Aetna, and Moda.

Discounts may be available for families who qualify for WIC or OHP.
