Swaddling?

#swaddling is just what we do, right?

Swaddling has risks to feeding, development, and baby's health. It can also interrupt your ability to connect with your baby's communication and needs.

Babies need to sleep, parents need to sleep. Parents also need a lot of support and help to care for infants.

A better plan is to help parents realize during pregnancy what is realistic and what their baby needs to be healthy and thrive - so appropriate support and care can be set up in advance.

Learning how to care for your infant is empowering and will lead to a deeper connection, better feeding, and improved rest for all.
